At your first visit to Wise Chiropractic, Dr. Jonathan Wise or Dr. Robert Bodine will explain the science behind how chiropractic care works, and give you a full evaluation to see if chiropractic care is right for you. If there is a good fit, we can develop a plan of chiropractic care that is specific to your condition and health goals.
If you have been a patient in the past and are returning to us after more than 3 months, we ask that you complete the attached paperwork. This will help us assess your needs more accurately.
